São Paulo International Short Film Festival

Held in the city of São Paulo since 1990, the Sao Paulo International Short Film Festival has become a landmark in the city’s cultural agenda for its broad and diverse programming, which is screened free of charge at several theaters and cultural centers in São Paulo.Every year, the Festival selects around 400 films from a wide range of countries, seeking to represent the diversity and variety of the world’s short film production, as well as to broaden the dialogue between international audiovisual and Latin American production. The Festival is directed by Zita Carvalhosa and organized by Kinoforum.
